The Gaide Route

Your guide from strategy to working AI.

As strategic engineers we sit with your organisation — from the first analysis to the tool your team uses daily. And after that, we stay your guide for every next step.

Dual DNA

Strategists who build. Engineers who understand operations.

Often advice and execution sit in different hands. The strategist who points the way can't build. The engineer who builds doesn't know operations. At Gaide that knowledge sits in the same team — often in the same person.

Our team combines backgrounds in corporate strategy, M&A and venture building with deep expertise in machine learning, LLMs and cloud architecture. We sit at the table with your organisation: present with stakeholders, understanding how processes really work, and building solutions that fit your context.

The Gaide Route

From question to measurable adoption.

One integrated programme that combines strategy, engineering and change. Iterative: learn, adjust, keep building.

  1. Explore

We get to know the terrain.

Conversations with the board, team leads and staff. Analysis of processes, data sources and pain points. This takes 1–2 weeks — the investment that prevents us from building in the wrong direction.

  2. Direction

    We map the route together.

Based on the analysis we set the priorities: what has the biggest impact, what is feasible short-term, what is the logical order? The result is a concrete roadmap with timeline and expected return.

  3. Build

    We build inside your environment.

Iterative: you see a working PoC early and give feedback based on real situations. We test with your data, with your people. The solution is shaped by practice — not by assumptions.

  4. Adopt

We make sure everyone comes along.

Rollout, training and coaching. We make sure the tool fits existing workflows. Adoption isn't a side concern — it's the entire job. An unused AI tool is a failed investment.

  5. Measure & strengthen

    We stay your guide.

Not an end, but the start of the next phase. We monitor results, optimise where needed and identify new AI opportunities. That's why most clients choose an ongoing partnership.

Frequently asked questions about our approach

What do you mean by "strategic engineers"?

Our engineers don't just think in code, they think in business outcomes. They understand operations, sit at the table with the management team and build solutions that fit how your organisation actually works.

How long does a typical engagement take?

It depends on scope. An AI scan takes 1-2 half-days. A strategy programme 4-6 weeks. An implementation project 4-12 weeks. Training: 2 sessions plus a practice period. We always give a concrete estimate after the first conversation.

Do you also work for larger organisations?

Our approach also works for larger organisations, as long as we can work embedded with a clearly scoped team or department.

What if we already have an AI strategy?

Great. Then we start there. We review what you have, judge feasibility and get straight into implementation. You don't pay for analysis that's already done.

Ready to make AI actually work?

One 30-minute conversation. We look together at where AI delivers most in your organisation — and where it would be a waste of time. No pitch, an honest read.
